I knew a guy who had a huge tractor collection who had one. He didn’t have the tow behind though.

A guy saw mine and told me about one he knew was for sale, I contacted the owner and he said $2,500. I told him it wouldn't be worth that if it had good tires and was running! It had a diesel in it, cool machine but it would take a lot to get it going. It h ad a jack hammer on the backhoe.

Probably, but I haven't been browsing the home page much lately. :notsure:
I've actually had 3 of my own, so far. First one was an old Case VAC, that I bought when we had less than an acre of property but I was sick of shoveling or snowblowing the driveway.

    Case.jpg

But, then we moved and I needed something more maneuverable on our new piece, which is around 3 acres. So I sold the Case & bought a Kubota B7200 instead. Did a lot of clearing with that, namely behind the house where it had grown up, and used it to rough in a driveway for access to the lower part of our lot.

It was a good little tractor that punched above it's weight class, but I broke a steering box about once a year, so two years ago I upgraded to something a little newer, with power steering.

    New Holland.jpg

And now I've got the chance to basically trade it even for a TC35, but I'm not sure I need that much tractor so I'm a little hesitant, lol.

I grew up on a 640, a '57. My dad still has it, but doesn't use it as much as he used to. I've considered offering to buy it from him, but he's one of those 'no, no, I still use it and I'll restore it someday' people.
Did you have to sleeve your PTO to use that Bushhog, or is it an older model that fits the smaller shaft?

Our Ford 4630 is filled with water/methanol to keep them from freezing, 100 gallons in each tire. Some people use windshield washer fluid, depends on if it freezes where you are.

Don't use water if you live where it freezes...
Washer fluid or red antifreeze would be better. Beet Juice is even better than that, because it's denser and is non-toxic. My rears are loaded and I wouldn't go back, but even with that the loader can hoist the rear of the tractor in the air if I don't have a counterweight on it.

Don’t do it! Rims will rust out. Get rear wheel weights or use a bracket on the three point and use suitcase weights.

Nice tractor! We have it's successor, the 4630. It's wet in this photo but it's an original 1993 model with 1,200 hours. Bought it from a friend 4 years ago and it's been a good one.

I've made some miniature implements the past couple years to go with the real ones we have.

An IH platform carrier and a mini. The last picture is with another box blade I made with a one point hitch, the blue 3 pt one I gave to our son to play with.

This Ford 601, a friend of mine inherited it from his grandpa when he passed 20 years ago, I kept it for him and kept it up and used it a little. I tried for 15+ years to buy it and he wouldn't sell it to me. When we bought our 4630 I didn't have room for it so I took it to my parents and left it for him to pick up. I ask my dad last year if he had ever came and got the tractor, he said no I bought it from him. Whatever, I didn't need it anyway. It's all original with 797 hours on it when I took it back 4 years ago.

I'm not crazy about them because they're a shear pin rather than a slip clutch. But if you're cutting somewhere that doesn't have surprise stumps or big lumps of rock then a shear pin setup isn't a big deal. :notsure:
