Unicorn farts are notoriously hard to collect; it's probably your technique.:boink:

she gets the job done. Fired up the heat today for the first time this year. Took a few hours for the slab to warm up.

Decided to take the tractor out and play with it a bit (well yesterday). mostly just trimming the farm road in front of our house from being a bit overgrown.

A few sections need some grading (already knew that) and the sides just need a good cleanup to make the road a bit wider. But overall the brush hog and tractor worked great! bit of learning on how fast to go and all that to get the brush cut up to small pieces vs just cut.

It'll be nice to be able to walk it this spring/summer/fall now

The odds for deep south snow are slim to none. The odds against snow are pretty fat...:anonymous:

Day off from behind the desk. first up was to finish the leaves. Hooked up the sucker tube and off we went.

Anyone used one of these bolt on teeth for a skid steer before? We have a lot of rock and a digging bucket would be nice but hard to justify with shipping and the high costs of them new and used. Found this and on sale for less than 200 seems like a good deal and the few reviews I read all seem good.

I wouldn't go north of $75-80. It's only relation to John Deere is the color.

    Probably good for parts.

I have one, got it from the B-I-L, a tree fell on it.
It isn't a bad little mower, quite maneuverable and "handy" to drive, not bad on gas.
I keep it at one flat in town property to save bringing the ZT there.

Keep in mind it is only a lawn tractor, not a garden tractor.
S-L-O-W... With only 13 HP under the hood and a mulching only 38" deck and a manual transmission. You can mow in 3ed, 4th & 5th are just transport gears.
It does cut very nicely though. The engine is a Kohler Command so parts are easy to come by.

The hood is broken on the one you linked, nothing in the engine compartment looks damaged or missing, it looks like it was stored indoors which is a plus.

Around $100 would be my top end for a project gamble especially since you can't check it out in person.
Keep in mind that is a "buyers premium" auction too, add 10% to the selling price.

Hello Tractor peeps. Again, want to express my thanks for suggestions on repairing bucket cylinder on our JD. Put her to use yesterday as my Son and I both busted does in Pa's start of rifle season. Bucket is red inside now as it should be this time of year...
