The one on the left had a bent rock shaft adjustment rod because the manifold arms were rusted and locked in place. Pretty common failure I’m seeing on JD small tractors. Don’t remember the hours, unit is from 2017. But because of his damaged adjustment rod and incorrect adjustment of rock shaft, the 3 point was in relief all the time when all the way raised. This caused then hydraulic pump to leak too. They have about 2k in repairs due to lack of maintenance.

The unit on the right has 584 hours. It’s front axle seal was leaking (also pretty common fail) replacing that. Owner is also complaining that the hydraulic system is weak.... it’s not but hey, if the customer wants to pay the 105 per hour shop rate then cool.

I've seen a landscaper use a set gravity roller conveyors, he placed the boulders/stones on small pieces of boards and rolled them into place.

I have to give the wife the credit. I went and picked up all the boulders and rocks from various areas in Denver and hauled them back down. I didn't touch one of those rocks.

Thank you. I have fun with the Heep unless it's cold.

I had to replace the axel seal on my 2320. Easy job really, would hate to pay $105/hr on a $20 seal plus oil
