Swapped out the soil in the box on the front porch today, but didn't feel like wrangling a wheelbarrow up & down the steps

Hoggin' the lower field with the Swisher today. Lil dude is pretty badass for just being an 11.5HP tow behind. Some of that is a woody sage smelling shrub, the other is 1-2" sumac. It'll walk all over 4ft tall grass and blackberry brambles, gotta slow down for 2-2.5" saplings so it'll chop them up good.

A friend of mine has been wanting this carryall I made 20+ years ago. I haven’t used it in 10+. He has an international cub 154 lo-boy he wants to get rid of. I ask how he’d trade. He ask about a corn planter thrown in. My dad just happened to have one he wanted to sell so I went and bought it cheap and going to trade tomorrow.

I’ve actually got a cub cadet 1015 I use to get leaves up with. Customer gave it to me, it has a 32” deck and is perfect with the tracvac hooked to it.

Probably the best bet. They are neat tractors but limited in what you can do with them.

It’s a nice little tractor but I really don’t need it and it is limited to what you can do.

    Here’s the 1015.

Went and got the 154, he threw in an old Chattanooga reversible horse drawn plow. I’m gonna have to go back and get it, had the small trailer and both wouldn’t fit.

Looks like a neat piece of history. Did you have a load of rock delivered? If so what was your cost per yard?

That's not a bad price, delivered. Last I checked 1" crushed stone was running around $15-17/ton around here, but that's loaded up at the yard. Delivered I think is 22/ton but with a minimum order.
I ran the #'s last summer when I resurfaced our driveway and established a second one and I needed to get something like 30 tons to break even on a dump trailer rental vs just having it delivered.

I have a friend with a dump trailer I could have used but I would have had to make multiple trips and find time. Plus I hate borrowing nice things.

The yard's only like 3 miles/5 minutes from my house, lol.

Nice tractor, but liked mainly for your beautiful dog. Gonna have to get some pics of my shepherd with the Kubota.
