Z-Master is a nice machine, and you have the engine already... I vote yes --

Full disclosure: I make bad project decisions on a fairly regular basis. Remember, last week I bought an air conditioner from 1952.

Edit: Looks like a nice clean machine! Good score.
He said it wouldn't start, maybe it backfired and set the air filter on fire?

Got some 18x6.5-8 6-ply golf cart tires to replace some junk WDT tires that I cant keep inflated. The vendor had these flattened and banded to the point of me not being able to get them to even pop out away from the cup once mounted. I put a tube in one an aired it to 50psi just to seat the beads. I put a ratchet strap on the other and can't even get the crown down. Any suggestions?

    I'm confused.

Do you have tubes in both?

Work a tube in there with a bit of pressure and set them out in the direct sun.
    Edit: Off the rim.

No. I could not get the beads to even pop out. The tires were cupped on the rim like the pic. I put a tube in in an attempt to get the beads to seat. I don't want tubes in these

One is seated with a tube in it--only because that was the only way to seat the beads. I want to remove the tube but am scared to break the bead. The other is unmounted with a ratchet strap around the tread. The strap can't even mash that crown down. They bent the steel wire in the tread banding them like this.

I may have to run the seated one with the tube just to correct the cup in it. It looks OK but still has 50psi in it.

That's gotta be way more pressure than they like!?

I've split the tread on bias ply trailer tires by running 2x the normal pressure.

I'd bleed it off until it just starts to pull from the bead.

These dudes are rated for 50psi max. IDK about tubes rating though.

These were left at the farm, I think they fit an older ~ 78hp Kubota tractor. I just listed them on ebay, but if someone on here use these filters, let me know and I will give you a good price, 1 fuel, 2 hydraulic filters.

Fuel Filter Element. Part No. HH1GO-43560

I've dealt with tires that came like this, I've cut boards and shoved in them to spread them apart and left them in the sun to soften them. Tried the ratchet strap trick, ether, etc. Have also wound up taking them to a tire shop after getting them on the rim and letting them use their tire machine that blast air in from underneath while they use a hose on the valve stem. One other trick when trying to air them up without a tube, remove the valve core, it lets more air in. You got to be quick when inserting it so it doesn't deflate enough to come back off the rim though.

can you give it a shot of starting fluid, then throw a match at it?

Be sure and be putting air in it when you light it, don't ask how I know this :anonymous:

It's not as dangerous as people think.

    We've done it for years.
