My little GT loader has one flaw. It won't dump from any amount of height due to the original swisher design of being a trip dump. I'm moving the dump pivot forward and down to get my dump height high enough to clear my trailer side rails-->32".

Cut out and welded 3/16" plate on to the sides, 1/2" pivot blocks, and a 1/4x2" plate to the left top where my curl cylinder will mount. May get 40" of dump out of her. Fabbing the arms now.

That weld on the 1/2" block is about as good as I could ever expect my Miller 130xp 110v flux core would ever do. 20200430_165312.jpg 20200503_122951.jpg 20200503_123107.jpg 20200503_151106.jpg

Hauled limbs that I pulled and sawed down after a storm the other night while the bucket is still together. I could feel the added weight of the steel I welded on the bucket today.
I really like the forks and pallet for limbs. Long stuff lays nice and small stuff goes in the bucket. Much easier than the dump trailer.20200503_174834.jpg

A friend of mine about 45 minutes away saves me his feed sacks through the winter and I use them for deer corn. I went to get some a couple years ago and he had some at a farm he rents from an older lady. Long story short I bought this Lely from her and had my buddy powdercoat it. I had to make new veins for it because I couldn't find any. Made some stainless pins at work.

Worked out the deets on the bucket. I made temp pivots that can slide along the lift arms to work out the best curl and dump place. Its pretty good at 31" of dump with the bucket at the same distance from the tractor as it was before. I will need a longer curl cylinder.20200504_180043.jpg 20200504_182032.jpg 20200504_183941.jpg 20200504_181120.jpg

Thank you sir. Still working out the size of curl cylinder. Gonna really think it thru before ordering one. I'm limited by a slow and low pressure 500psi 1.5gpm pump.

1935 restored John Deere Model B. First year of production with a triple digit serial number. Was sold as a slick back but the PTO and controls were added later. Still pops like a champ.

Does it have cultivators? If so, I’d say around $800-$1,500 depending on the rest of the tractor, tires, etc. I say that because they’ve come down the last several years. You can buy a good running one in good shape for $2,500-$3,500

My friend who owns the powdercoat place and I worked out a deal on the tiller. He bought it and he’s going to paint the rear rims on one of our 140’s. Ordered some Firestone’s for it yesterday, 8 ply. They should be in Monday or Tuesday. Now I get to wrestle these next week with getting them off the rims.
