UPDATE: According to both Amazon tracking and USPS tracking the package is currently being processed at the New Orleans Main Post Office as of 4:37 p.m. this afternoon. :bananadance::broccoli::broccoli::bananadance:

You tryin' to make me go POSTAL??? :laser:

I can't use the thing when I can't see anything. My 72 y.o. back and neck doesn't do a 180 degree turn. My buddy ain't here. I don't trust my wife. Amazon used to be pretty reliable before we moved... but Amazon trucks don't venture into this part of the woods. Most everything "Amazon" gets here (or not) USPS...

Theodore, AL is usually a good sign on tracking.. the next morning it's normally in my area and will be delivered that day. Theodore appears on the Amazon tracking image below. I learned about 6 months ago that USPS tracking is usually pure garbage. It doesn't mean the package is where tracking says it is, it's often just "where it's supposed to be"... no real scan took place. This fukkin box was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 13th. Today is Thursday the 15th. Where is it? Who knows.. fukkin tracking don't know. :playball:
I added "Delivery Instructions" on the post office page this morning. My instruction.. "Get the package to Louisiana". The town blocked out on the Amazon image is my local post office town. Was it ever there? Probably not. I'm sure that was a "supposed to be there" scan.

Your situation is why I dislike having implements on the back where I can't simply turn the seat around or physically just take a knee on the seat to operate the rear implement. I thought if I ever get a snow blower or a broom....I'd just get it for the front. I can't see myself trying to drive crap in reverse...you ever see those idiots at the boat ramp? kinda stupid like that~!

The grinder like I have (and sdk1968 has) runs off the PTO.

I don't have a lot of experience with PTO driven implements, but I'd worry about the balance of the rotating tool. Bearing life would be pretty short, I'd bet.

Like I said, I dont know much about PTO driven implements, but I'm here to learn.

It doesn't matter in front or in back, I hope that thing has a clutch on it and you keep it well maintained and on the lose side, because that device appears to me to be singled handedly design to f' your tractor up. I'd try to keep the abrupt stops that will surly come limited to the shaft and not the internal PTO clutch.

Edit: Most PTO shafts have a connecting bolt in them to be a fail safe. No matter how many of those you break don't ever attempt to put a harden bolt in there. Every time you engage that enteral clutch you put wear on it. I doubt you'll find a shop to do that repair for a buck ninety five.

Or sheer pin. It helps to have a handful of them on hand for those who aren’t familiar with their implements limits or the tweaker in a tea house type.

As far as a camera goes, in some cases there’s no substitute for the ole eyeballs on the business end of a piece of equipment. Just sayin.

Yes, thank you. The memory just isn't what it used to be at 62. And then when the neighbor comes over and forces you to drink a bunch of beer....

It has a spring loaded slip clutch & you set it per the directions so that it doesn't stall out your tractor. Or break anything.

Its like anything else. Use it as designed & it's fine.

Abuse it & pay the price.

The camera makes it sooooo much easier on my back/neck.

Now most people won't do hundreds of stumps with them, but I have & still do dozen a year pretty easy. Neighbors, friends & my woods keep it/me busy.

Another thing to know about this grinder: it will only go about 8" below grade. You aren't gonna get it all.

For cases that need it ALL out? I still use the excavator.
