Earlier this year I had a full size truck and due to a geographic move, I needed a smaller truck immediately. The only new TRD OR I could find back then was 22 TRD OR (wanted a TRD Pro back then).

I was looking into putting a factory lift on my current TRD OR (want TSS to be guaranteed to work), and found a new 22 TRD Pro for MSRP during the process. If I did this I’d be able to keep my truck stock.

Assuming that I get a decent trade-in amount for my current truck, does it seem like a reasonable deal to trade in for a TRD Pro at MSRP? Other option would be to hold off for a new body style 2024 TRD Pro (or a Ranger Raptor), but not sure how my trade in value on the TRD OR will be once a new body style is released/no longer a used car shortage).

Lol I think you should do whatever you want. You are looking to trade for your third truck this year and it's only August. Have fun man. You can afford the loss or gain.

your $$$ so you should do what you like. Me...I''d take/use the cash saved by not doing the sale/buy and spend it on a suspension (Kings or equal), rims and tires and other items that draw you to the Pro. You might have enough $ left to by the SC and YotaWerx Stryker Tune that will be the cherry on the top. Either way GL.

    Oh look, another mod....
If I could find a TRD Pro at MSRP, I would sell my truck in a second and buy the Pro.

I don't know how much of this will carry over to US production.

Thanks everyone. It is black for black. Only hesitation is that it has about $1.5K in options I wouldn’t add myself and what I’d get for my trade in.

I actually inquired about ordering one over the weekend. The Ranger Raptor is not available yet to order, and who knows how long it will be until they will be available here in the states. Look at the Bronco fiasco! People are still waiting for their 22's, so the 23 orders are getting pushed back. Also, guaranteed there is going to be a hefty markup. Rumors of a $51,xxx MSRP will be more like $70K. Pure insanity!

Who knows if and when you could get one. Ford will probably announce that they won't be selling it in the US.

If you wanted a Pro in the first place, and now you found it, why not?
Msrp on the Pro seems to be a good deal nowadays. I say go for it!
