Keep the Tacoma pro and 4 runner pro. Don't loose money on them cuz that's the money you saved from the Prime. Maybe I am biased as we have a Tacoma pro and a 4runner pro as well. We had a 19 Rav4 Trail I think its the Adventure in the US but I hated that rig and liked our 17 Rav way better.

For the typical 4-5 mile trips, I'd say you'd be better off with an electric car. We have an EV and the Taco. EV's are perfect for short trips (my wife does 1000 micro trips per day! - I do not know how...) and electric motors don't mind this at all.
AND they are super quiet and FAST! Can't beat the sound systems! (a bit lacking in the Taco! - but it is fine as it is also noisy)

I skipped over the hybrids - they had their place a few years back... but if I want to use a power-train, I do not want to be lugging a 'spare' around with me. For me, it was all about reduction of complexity and moving parts.
It is great to be rid of the internal combustion engine altogether!

Trade whichever you prefer. I have the Taco for adventuring / camping and when we need a second vehicle. It does not get driven much at all either. For quick trips in town, I'll drive the EV. I drive the 'slow' Taco for (a different kind of) fun.

Well, if you are driving brand-new 50K pros and 50K primes and 50K 4Runners, I think you are in a financial place to do whatever the hell you want to (and probably outside the purview of many of us), so do what feels right and dont look back.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
You don’t use them as they are designed for, so why own either one? Sorry but I never understand the motivation to own a truck but use it like a car.

If I was not constantly off road, I would ditch my Taco and buy an electric car or a hybrid. Truck are hardly a nice drive for city use.

Yes, if I was in your spot I would get that RAV.

If I lived in Phx? Turn the Tacoma into long travel. I’d also get a trailer to pull my air conditioned side by side. Then run it all like it was a zombie apocalypse movie.

they do make some damn nice, high end model bikes, so OP can still flex with an upgraded model.

I can’t think of any car that says “I’m from California” more than the RAV4 prime.

I live in Phoenix. Driving only 4-5 mile trips means trips to the corner grocery once a week. I have a Tacoma to make it to sonoran areas and hiking trails, deep into off-road eventually. And barring these recent days of west coast rain or monsoons, bikes work just fine because of constant sun and HOT nights. And when the 3 "auto driving cabs" make it to the west valley you can dial up your trip to the corner grocery 24x7. Besides, in AZ you can sell Tacomas and 4Runners in a heartbeat for ridiculous amounts ... less than a heartbeat in many cases.
