Aren't you the same guy that bought 5 3rd gens and does nothing but shit on them? After 2 shitty trucks I dont think I would've bought 3 more. But that's just me.
    :notsure:

    Fwiw
I like the gen4, I just dont need a new truck yet because mine has been perfectly fine for 7 years.

I bought them because of trade in value …. Unlike many of you I rarely lost much money

We traded our 2024 off road for the land cruiser, 9K miles, 7 months I think. Total lost value was 11k.

I think its just how world is now. Phones, cars, everything is not being made for long term, its like they are meant to be traded in every year or so. I am glad I got 2023 taco, hope it will last and i dont have to buy anything else. Its sad but truth now days.

If i was simply born earlier I would have gotten 2nd Gen taco maybe and have it paid off. I feel like after 2015 ish money started to lose its value, everything got more and more expensive while income stayed same for most people.

Last week a NJ dealer was going to give me a little under $35k for my 2022 TRDOR with 40k on it. Looks like 3rd gen trades are holding up better. No hate for the 4th gen. I think it's way more comfortable and nicer to drive. I'll be lurking to see how they hold up in case I get the itch to jump in.
