I'm no expert but having sold a 2016 with similar features and aftermarket stuff...I'd say if you found the right buyer you could fetch maybe $35/36K. Though, I'd prepare for getting more like $29-31K. I mean, you could list it for like $40 and see if anyone bites, but the reality is that most don't value the aftermarket and you won't get what you're expecting when you add that all up.
If you trade the vehicle, you'll do better on the taxes since you'll only be taxed on the difference. If you sell, you'll have to pay full tax on whatever new car you buy.

Depending on the tax rates where you live, you'd have to sell it for about 10% more than a dealer will offer you in trade just to break even. I'd have to get 20% more to be worth the effort.

I'd plug the numbers into KBB and see what they say in your zip code. The actual price you can get will vary some, but KBB will get you in the ballpark before you start talking to dealers.

According to KBB it would bring $29,000 in trade where I live, $32,000 private sale. Assuming those numbers are accurate, and how taxes work here I'd need to sell it for $32,000 just to break even and $34,000 to be worth my time.

If I weren't in a hurry put $40,000 on it and see what happens. Selling can be a PITA. Potential buyers show up late or not at all wasting your time. They all try to low ball you and it can take weeks, even months to get a decent price. To sell quickly you probably won't do any better than you would to trade.
