That's a good trade-in price. A dealer here in MN just sold an 08 DC White 6spd with 25k miles for $25k from right under my nose. I had my eyes on it for a couple weeks and finally convinced the wife to let me buy it. It was sold the day I walked into the dealership. Not sure how long it sat on the lot though.

    EDIT: add off-road package.

Since you guys asked. I went back in to take the deal. 25k. He deducted $543.24 for processing fees since i wasnt buying anything else from him. So i got a check for $24,456.76.

Been debating on what to get now. Drove some Tundra's and F150's. I hate to say it, the F150's are a nicer truck than the Tundra's. Tundra has a little more power, but not by much. And out of my all my test drives, the last F150 I drove had the 5.0 in it with 3.73 gears and i averaged 19.4 mpg over 100 miles or so. Had it out for about 4 hours testing it out. I could get 20+ if i babied it a bit. Thats hard to turn down.

Buying a new house this month, so I will have to wait till that goes through before i do anything. If i dont go with the F150, I'll get another taco. I loved my truck, but what the hell, good deal, couldn't pass it up. My truck was on the lot for 3 days before it sold.

Well, thats the update. Im sticking around here for a while. Love this site, its still addicting even without my taco. Makes me want another one.

I jest turned down 22k trade in on a 011 f150 crew.Came down to 25k on new f150. There are sweet deals out there. Tacomas hold the $ like no other. Fords drop like a rock from the day you take it off the lot. I would look at tundra myself a few bucks more out the door now but better $ back down the road. Watch for the hook this fri.. The old if it sounds to good. Keep us posted. Good luck!!

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Awesome, glad to hear it worked out for you.

Is now a bad time to tell you TRD SWB DC's are going for $45k on the private seller's market?
