White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
FWIW, I paid $150 for the same setup with less than 50k miles. Guy I bought mine from did exactly what you did, installed a new oem third, placed mine in the oem box, with oem plastic.

FWIW, I believe you may be better off to ship this in a plastic bucket, check how some diff shops want you to ship and some recommend this.

Not what you want to hear price wise, people ask a lot but they are not worth a lot on the used market.

Your best buyer will be someone wanting a non Toyota diff, I went with a TrueTrac for my 2wd, or one of the other aftermarket diffs. Buy two new carrier bearings, and swap ring gears then reassemble. Obviously they should check gear lash before and after, but in theory no shim changes should be needed.

Cost wise this saves a few dollars over having a rear end shop do the work and shipping if needed, but mainly allows for a one day plug and play swap over from open diff to the diff of choice.

    All the best.
