Traded my 2011 Ranger Sport on a 2012 Tacoma TRD double cab last week. So far im loving the truck and hoping to get some mods done soon. Don't have many plans for the truck yet so im open for suggestions. Only issues ive found is a slight humming noise when im doing about 55mph so il be browsing the forums and hopefully a fix has already been found.

As long as its nothing harmful to the truck, I can get over it.

its not! i mean, you can use a couple washers to shim the carrier bearing down to minimize it, but our trucks go 400k miles and no issues with the driveshafts, so i wouldnt worry about it.

got any plans for a lift or anything?

Still undecided on the lift. I want to get some college payed for before I do any big $ upgrades. Ive got the windows tinted now, thinking about getting the rims and front emblems plasti dipped, and im looking for a good exhaust config that wont be too aggressive for it. Later on il start looking at lifts and new rims and tires.

    Welcome from South Florida!! :yay:

Be sure to check out the Florida regional section...many meets planned and there's a couple local techs that frequent the BS thread and are more than willing to help.
