well after putting all kinds of upgrades on my 1996 Taco ext cab 4x4 fighting with the ecu getting the TRD SC to work and adding new tail lights, hid head lights ect... i finally came to the realization what i really wantd was a new truck and no matter how much money i put into my old truck it was never going to be what i wanted.

so i took the plunge last sat and bought a new 2009 Taco 4x4 access cab TRD offroad package with an automatic trans in black with grey interior
i got the front windows tinted on monday to match the back and installed my new kenwood 8120 last night.
i was able to use the factory xm antenna in the roof and the factory backup camera in the tailgate. so both my mirror and the headunit have the video for rear cam on them.

next ill be building a new sub box/armrest for the rear and custom rear speaker grills made to look factory and a supercharger to follow all within the next couple months.

i thought i would post because it seems everyone likes to read about who got a new truck, welcome ot the forum bla, bla but im not new to the forum, well not for the last 9 months or so but havnt been posting much till recently.
