If its TRD Off Road or TRD Off Road Pro its standard equipment.
Not much has changed from the 2017 to 2019, besides all the electronic stuff like AEB, BSM, RDCC, & FCW. My 17 has none of this stuff.

They exist is all bud, there was a guy in the new member section that just snagged one that was premium without tech, had leather, JBL, sunroof and no BSM or rear sonar. However as you alluded to I think most regions / Toyota allocates the premium packages with tech.

That would be incorrect, Crawl Control is standard equipment on Automatic 4x4 OR. A-TRAC comes standard on Manual OR, and the 2 wheel drive OR's have neither.

Sick truck! I have a ‘17 TRD OR 4x4 with the tech package but a chrome rear bumper. Pretty easy to tell that it’s an OR, not sure how people were questioning that. How do YOU not know that it’s an OR and not a PRO?

They didn't have separate Tech and Premium on 2017, what is in the package you purchased?

Shouldn't tech package have a painted bumper?

I’m sorry, I now realize I know nothing about the third gen. Should have kept my mouth shut, was just hoping OP didn’t get played.

My 2019 came with Tech and Performance packages, also blackout emblems. The only chrome on it is the narrow band around the grill.

It’s a manual so no JBL unfortunately. I don’t understand that...another way for them to upcharge the customer...

Anyway, great truck. Looking forward to taking it on trips and offroad this spring. Enjoy!

I figured that Tacoma owners here knew the differance between the Auto and Standard trannies. I was quoting the Auto, always will unless l buy a Manual.....which will never happen.

For the record, my 2018 has the tech. package and no premium. Rear bumper is color matched!
