Yes you can...in the decal/sticker section ;). I guess I missed that part about the 4x4. That's definitely a plus on the OPs part. :D

    It looks far from real...

I see a lot of actual carbon fiber and I've seen a lot of fake. While some can actually make a replica 3D looking weave, Instances like what's on the XSP-X is just painted/vinyl/hydrographics grey and black checkered pattern.

the 3D/Holographic/Layered appearance of actual carbon fiber is from the weaves in the carbonfiber being completely visible and clear coated like so

    And here's what you have...

    XSP-X 4Runner (same hydrographics carbon)

See the difference?... Again, As long as you are happy with your purchase but I wanted to correct you. That will not fool anyone that knows anything about cars.

    I'll stick to functional thanks.

Ok your new here so I'll be nice. Look people can have opinions but seriously the XSPX package is like the TRD sport package with more bling. If you don't like someone's truck then don't say anything. Besides let's see your truck already.

I'd rather have a locker then spend a few thousands for a few cans of spray paint. If your willing to drop a few thousand for something you can do in an afternoon with a can of plasti dip good for you.

But it's ok for others to say they don't like the OP's truck? Hmmm...

You don't wanna see my truck. No mods.

    Here's a recap:
    1. I could give a flip about the scoop. Did not even consider it until it was brought up here.
    2. I got a newer truck with a new warranty.
    3. Ride is more comfortable on the XSP than the TRD.
    4. Got 4WD.
    5. The extra bling on the XSP is nice, but does not justify much if any of the cost.
    6. The delta I paid justified the above.

I go through vehicles fairly quickly, so when I get tired of this one in a few years, I'll get something else. I've bought plenty of vehicles that depreciated $20k when I drove them off the lot, so dropping a few thousand on a truck play toy isn't going to bother me. Tacomas are fun vehicles though, so I enjoy these discussions. I'm probably at a different life stage than most of you guys, so this is not a significant decision for me. Keep up the banter though, it's interesting.

You should take it as a compliment that people show enough interest in your new truck to get nit picky. Nice truck and 4x4 is definitely an upgrade.

Your truck has a purrrdy mouth

    haters gonna hate

If a few thousand dollars isnt going to pucker your butt hole, you might as well trick this thing out with some lift, lights, sounds, ect...

I really like your rims but if I were you I wouls get all redneck country and spray paint them black!

I picked up the prerunner version of that truck about a week ago. Like yours, mine will be used around town so I didn't get the off road package. The one thing I could do without is the hood scoop. Oh we'll.

I tend to trade often also but not just for aesthetics. XSP is really nothing but add on stuff that you could get at a aftermarket seller. It's good that you upgraded to 4x4 but I would have gone with a OR without the stick on fake hood scoop. The sport hood scoop is bad enough but the stick on just makes it tacky. The LED under the head lights are easy enough to get off of Amazon.

I imagine the price you paid could have gotten you a loaded OR.;)
