Not to rain on your parade but us six speed guys have to work a hell of a lot harder to get to the mid 11s. You're going to need about 100 more horsepower to pull off times the auto guys are doing. Just the price you pay to actually drive your car. Very few 6speed Challengers in the 10s and 11s. That being said I love the B5 and the shaker. Had I not been obsessed with my wheels and sublime I would have went that route.

I'm not interesting to much in abusing the car on a regular basis.
I'm sure the times that performances pages weren't 100% correct. I've read several threads of lag in the system.
And the road may not been completely level.
A set of drag radials and a catch can will be the only mods on the list till I can find a local tuner for the supercharger build.

2x down the track planned for this fall and it will spend most of its days in the garage.

And yes...I agree. The A8 cars are faster and more consistent but I think needing 100 hp just to catch one is a bit much.

Can't beat that! I need to wash and pamper the STi soon. She just had her first oil change today. Had her since October and only have 4500 miles on it! Joys of being able to walk to work!

I get 4 free oil changes thru dodge.
    1st was at 500, 2nd was 1000.
I'll wait till 2000 for the third.

Hitting the local dragstrip first week of June with a buddy that's got a rumble bee truck. (5.7) I'll hit it hard that nite for sure.

@Matic what's the shaker do if the intake and filter are off to the side like that?

Same, but I'd love a challenger as long as it isn't a v6

It pulls in from both locations.
The shaker more so at higher speeds.

I've got a hellcat airbox with a tube that goes thru the middle of the inner halo and forces more to the box.
Box is open at the bottom.

Essently, the forums are saying there is no added benefit to that shaker but it is functional.

Here's a better look at the shaker tube in the airbox. In the corner.
Air comes in the shaker and is routed to the box.
And also enters box thru the front, towards the halo.

Granted you'd smoke me at the strip. And in a beauty contest. And comfort. And now I'm getting depressed.

My buddy has the same car but in red. Looks nice and is comfortable but thought it was slow when I drove it considering how much power it makes

It does kinda give me that perception as well. It is quite heavy.
