I want to trade out my rear fold down seats in my 2010 Tacoma TRD access cab to a rear bench seat. Any ideas?

I pulled my seats out and built a bench for my dog. You could build a bench that's narrower as a seat. The seat belts are still totally functional in mine. Some pics in my build

If your talking about an access cab, I seriously doubt there would be enough room for a bench seat. Unless you built a small bench seat, like pigpen said.

This is kinda exactly what I'm looking to do I just need to be able to put in another seat belt. My problem is I have another child on the way and need to be able to fit 3 in the back. My truck is just about paid off and don't want another 5 year loan

You can fit a rear facing infant seat in between the jump seats and hook it to the car seat loops on either side. This is how I did my sons car seat in my 2012 Tacoma. His seat fit nice and tight between the jump seats and kinda wedged a little in front seats. You can still use the seat belts for the kids on either side of the car seat.

Mine was even with the storage compartments you could take the lid off. Look at a 2012 access cab picture and you will see how mine was. you may have to modify yours a little but it will work. I would carry him like this when we took my truck so my wife would have plenty of room, it works great.
