DANG after looking at these pics 1st off I am getting jealous at all the big ones ( my big deer pics are on the way ) 2nd I am getting the biggest adrenaline rush just looking at these pics..(might be cause I'm on my 3rd cup of coffee in 15 minutes)...Should be a great season as they expect a cold but early winter...last year full rut around here wasn't in till the last weekend of November (which I took a week off already for vacation to hunt that whole week)...I use a Stealth Cam 5.0 but I really got in to taken my video camera out with me last year...I've got some great shots on my video camera but the problem is one of the main places with the big deer is a farm that I'm only allowed to use black powder on...that SUCKS to watch a GIANT 12 point 350-400 yards away and can't get a shot...but hey, I've got great video footage of it though!!

Check this out...my dad just passed up 47 acres in VA that he could have STOLE for $21000...people couldn't afford to keep it and had needed quick cash...There are some MONSTER deer on that land and when I told him I'd buy it, he called back and said just that fast it was gone...BEAUTIFUL river runnin right thru it...He passed it up cause we just got thru buildin a little cabin in North Georgia (Blue Ridge, GA)last year...last year I hunted this one deer for a whole week at the cabin (10 pointer) and the day after I left, the neighbor called and said at 8:30 AM that deer was standing 30 yards in front of our steps... lol thats the way it goes

Had to pull my a few of my cams out off the land we lease due to them cutting on us this past week... Still had one up on the land we own though. This is about 20yds outside of my camp house window. He looks to have some potential... Definitely shootable with my bow...rifle will have to just see him in person... He's borderline. Not bad for a AL buck.\
