Trail Edition Grill

Just be careful of the tabs that insert into the surround. I broke one on my Sport grille taking it out. I was a newb with this truck then. You should be able to sell your pro grille and get some money back

It not the trail grille. It's an aftermarket from Taco Garage. Lot's of pictures out there and in this thread Google PT22835220AA.

I FOUND ONE... JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW IT LOOKED ON BLACK... IM ROCKING THE METHOD 305 BRONZE HOPE IT KINA MATCHES WITH MY WHEELS.

 

So will the after market pro grill sensor garnish fit the oem trail grill? Has that been confirmed? Or will I need to order an oem sensor garnish cover too?

 

It will fit but some have reported that they have had issues with functionality.

 

IT FITS, WORKS WELL, THE ONLY THING IS.... ITS A BITCH TO TAKE OFF THE OLD GRILL PUSH WASHERS FROM THE OEM GARNISH. I MANAGED TO GRIND OFF SOME PLASTIC OFF THE PINS IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE PUSH WASHER. WHEN INSTALLING TO THE NEW TRAIL GRILL I JUST ADDED A LITTLE ADHESIVE TO MOLD TO THE PLASTIC PINS BEHIND THE GARNISH. IT WORKED OUT.

 

that looks great, just bough this grill, now trying to decide whether to roll the dice and purchase an aftermarket garnish or pay the ridiculous premium for the OEM....

 

MY BUD GOT ONE FROM AMAZON AND IT LOOKS SOLID.

I bought the Empyre Grill and Garnish. Still have not installed it...lol

 

I used the garnish from Mad Hornets, but I suspect most of the aftermarket TSS garnish pieces are made in the same factory and just sold under various names.

 

I ended up getting this one, with the Garnish .......last week they had a coupon code so with both it was $169 with free shipping. putting it on my Off Road Friday. I wonder what the difference is between an OEM Garnish & aftermarket Garnish; besides the crazy price. Time to do a YouTube search...

Just installed the Grill

 

I put on a aftermarket pro grill and garnish, might be a slight cosmetic difference if any but for under $200 I purchased from , easy install zero issues

 

Any issues with the TSS moving from a higher position with the stock grill to the lower position with the pro style grills?

It seems that stupid garnish is still the PITA if trying to stay OEM.
