As long as you are happy with the deal then that’s all that matters. Good looking truck! Congrats!

TH owner, coming up on 4K miles. Love the truck - on road handling, off road, deep snow - it's all great. I know some have complained about the fit and finish (on all 24 models), but I have zero complaints. Interior and overall comfort is awesome.

Based on this thread, the fact that your truck is a 5’ foot bed vs my 6’ foot bed and likely weighs hundreds of pounds less than mine and is getting only 1mpg better mileage than my current truck, I am canceling my Trailhunter order on Monday. Mine is S/C’d putting out over 400hp / 390tq with a really nicely outfitted Four Wheel pop-up camper on it and aside from some ECU tuning gremlins, is doing fine, I’ll save a ton of money by waiting for a proper upgrade in a few years.

The fact I also had to wait (TH order since June) is a good thing, it gave me time to figure out I already have a better truck.

Cool. That is the main reason for the thread. To put information out there.

Thanks. So do you think you are consistently getting 17-18MPG, what is your driving style? I have not cancelled my order yet but there is just not much out there on this.

I have the Premium package on mine. I absolutely hate the auto ebrake, lane keeping, etc. if i were to buy again I would get a SR5 with a cold weather package and 6’ bed like I originally planned and save 16k or so. Theres only thing I would miss is the E locker which can only be used in 4wd Low now and the infotainment big screen because I’m going blind close up.

I will only state highway mpg since other mpg is so variable (off road, crawling, camping, etc.). 1) Stock with 33s: 20-21 Only day and half; 2} Stock with 35s: 19-20; 3) With topper, RTT, awning, front bumper and winch: 16-18. Last few tanks of gas there hasn't been a time where I didn't use it for generator (2400 W).

Observationally, mpg compared to my 3G 'bout the same/slightly better than my 3G. But, so much more capable and easier to get along with. On mountain passes my 3G was really annoying.
