Weird...They both replied to me within 3 hours of sending my email. Maybe your email got lost in a shuffle. I'd email them both again. The main information Jay wanted from me was my vehicle info. "I like to get vehicle information - color, type(open or closed), number of passengers and whether you can carry gear. Rule of thumb: In order to carry a camper you must be able to carry a counselor, too. This is a camper safety rule."

Let me know if you need anything else.

The first time I emailed Jenny I didnt get a response. I emailed her again about 3 weeks later and within a few hours she got back to me. I'm sure she is a busy person.

Bump for any last minute guys who want to go. Hopefully I'll have my sliders on by then, not that I'll need them, but if they are sitting in my shop, I'll find a rock or stump for sure.

Looks like Reno guys meeting Starbucks on Robb and MaeAnne at 600-615. That should put us in Truckee around the 645 mark. Cali guys want to meet at that Highway 89/267 exit in Truckee at about 645?

Sounds like a plan. I'd have to talk to CaliAsh but if we leave at our planned time of 0530 we should, traffic pending get to truckee at 0630ish. I'll have to locate a gas station in the area cause I'm sure I'll need gas at that point. 33" tires along with a plate steel bumper and hills make for horrible gas mileage for my truck.

Sounds good, we might want to meet a bit earlier just in case due to the drive time to the Truckee exit. I'd rather be early than late :)

I couldn't see a gas station there on google maps and it would be a good/safe idea for us to fill up before running up to the museum and camp (unless there is one near the museum meeting spot for everyone).

The gas station I know of is near the McD's on the south 89 exit to Tahoe City which is a couple exits west of the one you mentioned.

You guys might want to hit that one by the mcds. I'm pretty sure that exit is just an exit, and I'm not sure what there is in graeagle.

Looking at were to meet up at the exit you talked about.

Looks like apartment complex on the right side (which would probably be easier to deal with) and the Donner park complex on the left (with a couple roundabouts to deal with)

Yeah, we could meet at that appartment complex on the right of the roundabout. Meet there @ 645?

Reno guys, still on for the starbucks at Robb and Maeanne @ 6?

0645 should work. Caliash and I are meeting at 0500 just outside of Rocklin. That trip to Truckee is an hr and 13 mins plus out gas stop should put us there around 0630-0645.
