Does anyone know if the generation 2 Tacomas (specifically 2005) with the factory tow package come prewired with a plug-in pigtail under the dash for a trailer brake controller?

    Things and stuff and such
All factory tow packages have the connector. Its pretty easy. Pull off the kickpanel, and search for the plug.

You should have a pigtail in the glovebox. If not, go to your dealership.

My '09 had a pre-wired connector tucked behind the left kick panel, but I had to provide the pig-tail wire between the controller and the OEM connector.
