I bought a redarc tow pro elite plug and play kit but it’s not working after plugging it into the factory harness. Am I doing something wrong or does the plug exist without the tow package

    Thanks!

If the plug is on your truck and your bumper has trailer harness connections, it should work. Can you first verify if the controller is getting power? If not, check fuses.

The controller isn’t getting power not even after I put a 30a fuse in the slot for the #9 engine bay slot for the trailer brake
