Only issue I had with this is i had to make a 24" pigtail for my trailer lights. Not a big task just noticed the trailer wire was tighter than i liked so i unplugged it, turned to the right, drove forward about 10 feet and I was not able to plug it into my truck. Not all trailer light wires are all the same length so this may not be a issue for some of you but just something to think about before hooking up and hitting the road for the first time with this relocation bracket.

My solution was to make a pigtail. I took apiece of cord that I had laying around that happened to be 2'. I put a female connector on on end and a male on the other. No matter what, length wont be a issue for me any more. I just bungy cord the slack up so that it doesn't drag the road

I saw this and immediately thought, what if it was on a tensioned or springed hinge (for lack of a better explanation) so it would default up as its currently set with your relocation, and then you could flip it down and lock it when in use?

I thought about doing that too, but it would make it a lot more expensive. Besides, its just a couple bolts to go back to stock.

Ok, after dinging my bracket again on my most recent off reading trip, I would like to get one if still available. PM me details if you got one BC!

Thanks for all the interest! I am out of stock, and out of production on the standard stepped version. I am working with a local machine shop to have them waterjet and CNC the newer style bracket that allows for more clearance and will eliminate the stock thin bracket. I will have to do a large run to keep the price down, but that means I will have plenty of inventory and a consistent product.
I will keep you all posted, and hopefully we can get started on production very soon.
Thanks again, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Inconvenience? Not at all, and I'm sure well worth the wait! Just wish I didn't wait so long....

Please keep in mind these are rough. Not final or finished surface. I might even add a black powdercoat option.

Not real sure yet. I keep adding more steps to the CNC process and finishing
It will depend on how many I can nest into a sheet and machining/finishing time.
