Trailer stop and turn lights do not work - only running lights. Ohm meter indicates no power at connector harness pins except for running lights. Any ideas on where issue could be? All truck signal lights work.

Sounds like you have a bad connector or damaged wires.

Perhaps some additional information? Year/make/model of Tacoma as well as if you are dealing with factory trailer light wiring or aftermarket kit?

OK. Check in your fuse blocks. Verify that the 10 amp stop light fuse is good. Not just look at it, but use a test light to be SURE it is good. Also check your 10amp IGN No. 1 fuse is good. From there check the 15 amp turn signal fuse, then the two larger 30 amp fuses labeled "Towing brk" and "towing". If all those check out, and you have no power at all to the brake or turn signal terminals at the trailer connector, then you have one or more of 3 things that are bad:

    1. Trailer connector/terminals/wires at the trailer connector
    2. Wiring from trailer connector to the Towing Converter Relay
    3. Or the Towing Converter Relay itself has failed.
This is all of course assuming that your truck's stop and turn signals are functioning properly.
