Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket 7pin trailer plug with harness replacement? I have a 2009 and ripped the plug and wiring off. It was the factory installed one.

and do yourself a favor and cut a hole n mount it next to the license plate in the bumper, or remove the driver side license plate light and use that hole. Thats what i did with my stock one. Looks factory.

This one has easier connections and a boot to protect wires images.jpg I ripped mine off and have one coming in the mail, Amazon around 20$ also has 4 pin, my experience that covers 99% of trailering, from rv type trailers to smaller utility ones. I'm going to attach mine horizontally under the bumper as I don't want to sacrifice a license plate light...

On my 2009 first time through a creek bed at hunting ranch I broke mine off. $15 at Wal Mart for replacement. After that I just leave my ball mount in and no more broken trailer light receptacles. That Amazon one with the 4 pin is tempting. The Toyota one I have now is a piece of crap. I have to be careful when I plug in to it that all might lights are working. It has been that way since new. I have 2 different trailer connectors and it does it on all. Fortunately one has indicator lights on it.
