I’m looking for a factory trailer wiring harness for my 2004 Tacoma. I’d like it to be genuine as my aftermarket harness had issues. Part number 08921-04861 the recalled part was (08921-04860). Toyota stopped making them. Please PM me with any leads. Thank you!

Just get one of these. Mine has lasted 15 years. There's really nothing to go wrong with it.

If you need a 7 pin, you'll need to get a 7 pin converter and make a separate charge and brake controller connection.

OEM is NOT worth the $100+, plus both those parts appear discontinued anyway.

1st gens were never equipped with factory "tow harness" anyway, at best you got a 4 pin harness like the e-trailer part.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.

I second this...the Curt brand one does the job well.
