Picked up a TrailFX bed mat on fleabay for my doublecab. The good, that is one heavy duty mat and I can see it lasting for a long while. The not so good, fit. Was suppose to fit a doublecab but the bedliner may be interfering with fit in fairness to them.

In the end, in a little more than an hour with a dremel and a cut off tool and you're good to go. Mat is .375 inches thick and HEAVY duty.
