    Hi All,

Hoping someone with access to the parts diagrams could help me out with getting the part # for the Trailhunter axle dump pipe to replace the axle back section and resonator on my 2024 Offroad.

Picture attached of the piece I’m looking at for clarity!

Looking to order via my local dealer but without a Canadian Trailhunter VIN or part number # they are unable to assist.

    Any help is appreciated!

This will be a popular part… they need to make several extras for the parts bin

Absolutely, with how low the stock exhaust/tip hangs on these trucks I suspect this will be a popular swap.

I know this doesn't help much yet... but its all we have and from this, we know that the part number for the exhaust tip on the TH is going to be 17420-XXXXX, we just need to figure out the rest.

Why not just go to an exhaust shop, they'd do this in under an hour and be cheaper maybe. Even cheaper get a sawzall, a clamp on down pipe and a hanger. The bolt up support will be there for a universal hanger.

If you build a TH or Pro on Toyota, its under the "convenience" option, and its $75.

EDIT. I looked it up in the EPC and the only part number listed as of now for the TH, for the tail pipe is 17430-YY090, the bracket around the part shows both the full tail line with tips and the Off Road tip. So I doubt it is available right now.

My exhaust shop said $60 to make a TH piece for me, remove my pipe, keep my pip whole, so he fabs from scratch...
Im wondering if I should go that route, or I have another idea.
Cut the pipe at the back side of the rear diff
have new pipe attached & have it come out tighter to the bed & more of an angle, not so straight out the side.
throw a big tip on there..

In order to make a "slip-on" type dump pipe work it looks like you would need to cut off the flange behind the muffler which I'd like to avoid in the event I ever needed to revert to stock. However, if the OEM piece is unavailable or unreasonably expensive this may be the best option!

Based on the chart above it seems the prefix "17430" corresponds to the full axle-back pieces. Turndown piece should start with "17420"

I appreciate the efforts! I'll keep digging and report back here if I track down the part #

Slip the down pipe onto a flange piece.

Finally got the part number for anyone curious down the road.

    17430-YY090

No price and availability yet from my local dealer but that should be the complete part number for anyone curious!

    So I’m not out much…
    It isn’t nytop quality…
Didn’t affect the sound at all really, surprisingly.
Im glad we didn’t cut-up my original pipe.
At first the plan was to just cut the original pipe at the bend where it turns up to go over the diff & flip it.
Reweld the exh hanger to the top.
That would have worked but point of no return…
Challenging part was finding a flange, it was an odd size…
He found something in his scraps that worked.
You don’t need a flange with that indentation, he just need a flange that’s flat, not female donut that was posted above. Picture of the flange above is worthless without bolt pattern with an opening diameter.
Also included pic of factory flange for reference. I’ll take a pic tomorrow with a tape measure on it.
Like I said, doesn’t sound any different to me, but I’m also the one whining that my nap system isn’t loud enough, my jbl sub sucks…
    I swear I’m not def…

Found this on yotagaragr. But shipping to Hawaii cost more than the part.
