Nice. It took about 2.5 weeks for my plates to arrive.

We've seen the aluminum skids completely beat up without failing, so that's not true at all.

Everyone juicing themselves over the TRD Pro has lost the plot. The trailhunter looks like the real deal. This video seals the deal. Glad 8 months in, someone finally talked about all 3 plates and how they look installed.

go to the part online site for your Toyota dealer and look for parts PT228-35240 and PT228-35244. Most dealers offer a substantial discount on online orders.

I recommend the closest Toyota dealer to you because you save on shipping. If you have multiple dealers like I do, you can go for the one that offers the biggest discount.

    el_turks,
Thanks for posting info on this I have been having trouble figuring out just what the "Rear Transmission Skid Plate" or "Transfer Case Skid Plate" covers, I'm seeing it called both.

Your description and the video you highlighted is helping. But I'm still not certain how far back it goes and where the rear bolts mount. Do the two bolts marked in red below connect the cross member? That cross member though is forward of the Transfer Case but I've seen that be the description as well as aftermarket skid plates cover the transfer case as well. But if it's not connected to the cross-member I can't see what it would connect to unless it comes with additional brackets?

So I'm now thinking the skid plate stops at the cross member and uses the bolts marked in blue in the photo at the bottom?

Below is my 2024 OR and I've marked in blue where I'm guessing??? the Transfer Case? Or if I'm right then it must be it's a Transmission Skid Plate

"That cross member though is forward of the Transfer Case". You are correct. The Trail Hunter skid plate is not directly under the Transfer Case but the Transfer Case is tuck up high out of danger. I just saw the RCI plates on another TRD OR 2024 and they do come with an extra cross arm and plate to add about another foot of plates and completely cover the transfer case.

Here is a picture of the TH plates and how far back they go back behind the cross arm you noted in your picture.

Just got mine installed thanks @el_turks !

Also for those interested here is what the rear diff skid plate looks like it's at the bottom in the photo below comes with the rubber parts and such near it. Haven't installed it yet.
