I saw the LC 250 at the dealership today. Maybe it was the angle? My 1st thought was neat your mom drives a Telluride too.

Interesting another link on that site says start of production October 2024. I just saw a car carrier full of these in Lansing MI. Must’ve been prototypes.

No idea whats up with these Traverses, 24 seems to be a new model year but so do 25s. I also thought they shared a lot with the 23s.

Maybe 24s are heavy refreshes and no significant changes on 25s. And there's a Buick version. The more I looked into it the more confused I was.

Having seen a few LC 250 on the road, I'm not really into it. The LC reminds me of a boxy Highlander, and for what myself and most buyers would do with a LC a Highlander would work the same.

Maybe a lift and some tires would give the LC what it needs. I'd pick the Trailhunter over the LC.

I'm declaring the LC 250 the winner here I have seen a lot of them on the road this week. I think it's going to be more popular than 6G 4R. I think the LC styling is what the majority of the demographic goes for.

Agreed. Spent some time at the dealership sitting in Tacoma and LC. Love the 1958 Edition. Pricing will be a deciding factor for many though.

The LC looks nothing like the Highlander, which is just a larger Rav4, IMO. From years of experience, towing with your Highlander will have your safety chains tickling the pavement.

After sitting in the new LC, did you feel like the price is justified by the build quality? We’re trying to decide between the new LC or 2025 4Runner for wife’s next vehicle.

My dealer had sent me an E-Mail a while back inviting me to look at the new Land Cruiser..drove over there one day and looked at it…there was no f*%#ing way that truck was going to be in my driveway…the most butt ugly thing I’ve seen in years so I put some cash down on a trailhunter

Yeah so far I’ve only seen one new LC on the road and it was horrendous looking. It kinda looked like an FJ cruiser got sick and morphed into some weird, worse version of itself. Way different than in all the glamour promotional shots I’ve seen from Toyota.

I don't hate it. Nissan has made many nice/reliable trucks over the years and were a good value for the asking price. I knew and worked with a few people that had one, and don't recall ever hearing a complaint about one.

I think you are paying $$$ for the LC badge, but its layout and full-time 4WD are sweet. Drive them back to back.

You guys are nuts. The 1958 looks awesome in person and has all you need and nothing you dont want (here's looking at you, Trail Hunter snorkel, bed rack, and bronze wheels). The main issue for me would be cost (too high) and of course not having a bed.

lol, the one I saw looked like the base-est of base models. It was the size of one of those really small new broncos that you see high school girls driving. I’m hoping I just saw a stripped down base model or something.

I have yet to see any on the lots because they’re nowhere to be found every time I go by a dealership. The cost is definitely the big issue. Until they released the pricing, we were set on a new LC.

As soon as they released the pricing we pretty much lost all interest.

Trailhunter might win the coolness factor when pulling up next to the LC250 at the stoplight. I'm thinking there will be a Trailhunter LC250 added to the mix.

I did happen to see one of those high roof 3dr LC 70s with a lift and tires at the gas station yesterday.

Relative to the LC250, seems like the Tacoma launch has been a daily soap opera, unless I’m just not hearing all of the LC complaints over all the Taco complaints.

You’d never guess that these two are virtual clones that were released roughly the same time, but it’s almost as if they’re produced by two separate companies coincidentally named Toyota.

Styling is always subjective, but my $60k+ would vote for less drama, and more back seat.

I saw this yesterday, Nissan Patrol coming to US dealers in 2025. Looks like it's a rebranded Armada, I thought Nissan stopped selling the Pathfinder Armada and only offered the Infiniti QX instead? Maybe it will be a Midsize SUV but I doubt it.

Like I usually say about the 6G 4Runner, is the market that big for full and midsize BOF SUV outside GM, Ford, and Stellantas?

I see Ford is teasing a Tremor Expedition. While I got Ford on my mind, I heard the fix for the 20-22 Explorer Interceptor engine fire recall will be a software update resulting in a detune.
