Yeah. Hence why everyone here is baffled at why some vendors won't ship to HI, or some parts aren't eligible to ship to HI (even Amazon).

I had better luck shipping to an APO address down range or even while in Korea than I do living/working out here.

Really appreciate you including HI with these splash guards, Cody!

Just looked at the diagram... I ordered that set of fasteners off ebay mentioned earlier in this thread. I was thinking those were used for all of the fasteners...

In your diagram I see "bolt, couple washers and a locking nut" for 6 of the 7 top holes (on each side)... I dont recall any bolts when I took these off when installing UCAs.. Is this a suggested modification? If so what size hardware? and why "a couple washers"

The OEM clips are sufficient and will work with the new guards. Just depending on how hard you push the limits in your truck you might find that clips are just weak. I do suggest you fasten (bolt) at least the two end points on the top row to keep it locked in and you could clip up the rest. "A couple washers," one to sit on the surface of the splash guard to prevent any tearing (don't over tighten) and another to sit up against the backside of the holes in the metal body which acts as a faceplate for the nut to hug on. As for the hardware size I will post some reference pics tomorrow. Hope this helped answer your question

Gotcha, I guess this new material is a little heavy for the clips? Definitely don't want it popping off getting sucked into who knows where. I will use bolts and washers as suggested.

Yes, this material is twice as thick as the factory aprons and at least twice as heavy 1set weighs a good 3.5lbs. any thicker the OEM clips wouldn't snap in the holes. Part of the reason I suggest some hardware to fasten is due to the weight as well as the thickness. If your wheeling or Baja jumping and shit it could stress out some clips

Upon initial inspection of the material, WAY better quality than the OEM paper-thin splash guards.

I found this thread a couple days after ordering the OEM Splash Guards online from Camelback Toyota. Argh
Maybe I could send the package back for a refund and get yours instead...

    Hey Cody,
I know you're busy as hell knocking out the next batches, but was wondering if you could provide the specs of the washers, bolts, and nuts (including the quantity of each); it would be greatly appreciated! Trying to make sure these splash guards last as long as possible and install correctly the first time.
