    Amazon has definitely spoiled consumers with shipping times. Not everything is sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to order it. Installed my PROTEC splash guards yesterday and can say they’re definitely worth waiting for. Thicker and better coverage than OEM. FWIW, it took just over a month to receive them once ordered. Not bad at all with the delays, back orders, and lack of materials that we’re all dealing with because of the pandemic shutdowns.

    Just ordered a set for *no lift* w/ the fancy new clips. I’m running OME 885 on 5100, so ~2.5” suspension lift. No body lift to speak of.

    Hopefully this helps clear up any confusion/ apprehension about lead times.

    I feel you guys about not wanting to wait or waiting to order until the lead time isn’t as long..

    I’ve been selling/delivering products on Avg within 4-6 weeks for almost 5 years now… the rate at which I can physically make these at scale without burning a hole in my hand.


    If the website allows you to place an order, it doesn’t mean the finished goods are sitting on the rack waiting to be bought. It means I have enough inventory on hand (raw material) to fulfill X amount of new orders. Everything is made-to-order or in other words, on-demand and fulfilled in the order of which it was received. I offer too many possible configuration options that I need to be able to accommodate for versus stocking 25+ SKU variations x10 minimum. Good looking out to everyone who can understand that.
