While it was the cornerstone for you it was the final piece of the puzzle which always troubled me. After so many years of brainstorming on how to mount the external reservoirs for the coilovers, it was you who gave me the suggestion on how to do it and it finally worked! It was a win win for both of us at the end of the day. :)

I would suggest two things for people installing these.

Don't get 1" hardware. It's way too long. 0.75" is plenty. In fact 1" hits my fuel lines on the driver side.

Also don't expect to reuse the factory clips. I don't know what it is but mine wouldn't stay in.

Good product (a little baggy) but does a way better job than factory does.

    Would order again!

In the circled area I can only find one open attachment point on each side, so the guards are floppy. Some holes had bolts through them and some had what looked like metal retainer clip ends poking through. No one else had this problem?

I couldn't use those either. Mine had something in every one of those holes. I just tucked them back and hoped they'd stay in place.

No developments at the moment! Getting some things lines up to upgrade the front bumper to a DO bumper so I will end up mocking up a set of custom liners
    20170604_204004.jpg
Hey gulzeb, erok81 check out my setup. You guys should be able to fasten atleast the 2 red circles. The orange circle I left unfastened so it has some slack and hangs to cover the gap a lil more.

Shoot me over some pics so I can help get a better idea of your situation.

    Thx!

Passenger side. Just that gap between the two fasteners visible.

Driver's side. Same thing. You can see how all the holes are blocked.

@gulzeb so I had a minute to review the pics and I circled 2 areas in red, which I believe your referring too
    20170605_225010.jpg
Driver-side photo (top) I circled the pre punched hole in the guard pointing toward a pre existing hole in the truck, should be able to line up the two holes and pin it up.

Passenger side photo (bottom) I circled the pre punched hole. That hole is there so I can multiply the same cut instead of sending 1 set per order that has a designated left or right piece. In other words, each peice is universal.
    20170605_225050.jpg

After looking over both pics there is only 1 hole on each piece that is unfastened, which is also the same hole I have circled blue in the Instal Rec pic as optional (driver side compatible)

    20170309_001302.jpg

I hope I addressed any Qs or concerns you may have had, if you have more lmk

    Thx again

The hole you pointed out has a little metal strip blocking it, which doesn't show too well in that picture. Here's another picture.

You're right, I am missing just one hole on each side. It gives it some slack, which is not perfect, but obviously is wayyyyy better than not having anything there per factory guards. Overall I am pretty happy with the product. Thank you.

I was able to use every hole to fasten. The drivers side with the clip I just enlarged the hole slightly right next to it. Passenger side I drilled a hole just above the ridge. Nothing behind it except a vacuum line which I just moved before drilling. 20170609_094254.jpg 20170609_094236.jpg

Nice install! I bet it looks seamless in the wheelwells now. Most importantly now your minimizing the elements entering your engine bay through the wells which will keep your engine clean for years

Thanks, since I was able to use every hole I just used Xmas clips. I will change the middle ones to SS fasteners if they come loose. Thanks for the good quality product

    Install compete.
Way harder than it needed to be. Getting clearance to install the upper stainless bolts was a MFer.
I noticed I have an awkward cut, but I'm not removing it to replace it.

Got mine installed yesterday. It's so much easier when the wheels are off. Lucky I was getting some new suspension components installed so it made clearance better

Personally I mounted mine differently on each side for testing purposes. 1 side is all Xmas clips, the other side has 3 SS bolts spread along the top row and the rest is clipped up. Results prove not a problem with either side coming loose. My only suggestion really is to those wheeling or rock climbing ect. to hang a few bolts to secure and support the weight!

Looks killer riz :quickdraw: Thanks for sharing your install!
At the moment I'm sold out, only reason why I'm taking backorders. Currently, waiting on my supplier to come through. Few different factors influence lead times, most significant is the number of PAID orders that are ahead of incoming orders. The list is just that, a list to maintain status of orders. I ship in the order payment is received. Ideally, I can make and ship 15 sets a week. Just let me know what you want to do man!
Slots are filling up as expected, only waiting on my supplier to deliver. I anticipate shipping out most PAID orders by this time next week.

*Also, some ppl have been asking for PP info which was removed from the OP once I sold out of all inventory on hand. My intention being that I didn't want people waiting more than 2 weeks for me to fulfill an order.

PayPal info is back on OP! Now taking payments for orders, shipping in the order payment is received!

If I order a set anyway to meet up to get them instead of shipping once you have them made? I'm just north of Jax in Yulee.
