    looks like the seal is shot.....
    it should not be a huge problem to fix though....

    TRD Front & Rear Sway Bar, TRD Pro LED Headlights, Undercover SE, Rear diff. Relocate, console organizer, debadged, color matched handles, mirror caps, and grill
    Actually there's a TSB for that seal and you've got the tell tale signs of it (drip on the bottom and oil splatter ring on the bottom of the floor around there). Unfortunately you're out of warranty so you'd have to pay for the seal replacement somewhere.

    If it is just a little drip that is hanging there, and not dropping, I wouldn't worry about it to much. It might have been some residual that pushed off of the yoke seal as you slid it in, ran down there and created a klingon drip.

    Now if you are getting a puddle over a short period of time, then be worried.
