    Escalate the warranty denial issue to Toyota cust svc with your vin & mileage. Explain to cust svc that a dealer refuses to resolve transmission leak under warranty.

    Oof this is a tough one. I don’t think seals are covered under warranty as this may be considered wear & tear. Since you installed the seal yourself they likely won’t warranty the part and can’t warranty the labor and may blame faulty installation.

    You are probably just gonna eat this one. Seals are a pain, I honestly buy like 3 at a time because I almost always mess them up. I still have rear main seals for my Jeep in my toolbox...

    Call Toyota Corporate if the dealer will not fix it under warranty.
