    My v6 does the same thing. It doesn’t bury the needle, but the cruise control is absolutely transfixed on not going a single one thousandth below the set speed

    When using cruise control and you find the truck toggling between gears to maintain speed, use S mode to remove the higher gear.

    Problem solved.
