Has anyone installed a Trans Temp Gauge into there V6 Auto Transmissions yet. My Question Is: Is there a fitting or bolt that you just replace with the temp sending unit or did you have to drill and tap something? I do the occasional Hauling and think it would be nice to monitor the the Trans temp.

itll probably read straight from the ECU instead of being bugged in

Pretty sure the ECU doesn't read tranny temp. Or else this would be as easy as getting an ultragauge.

You may be able to install a T between the Trany. and the cooler.

All of the temp gauges are coming with temp sensors that look like they bolt into the side of the trany but none of them provide vehical specific instructions.
