Distinct clunk when shifting from 4WDH to 2WD.
Occurs at low (5mph) and high (40 mph) speed.
Fluid level OK in transfer case. Factory fluid replaced with synthetic at 55K
    Is this normal?
    Thanks, Tony

I shift between 2hi and 4hi almost daily... anywhere 5 to 40 is a good speed, I usually take foot of gas coast along in gear and make the shift, no clunk.
