Didn't realize it wasn't still in there. Just saw on the home page. Figured it would have been no fun in any sort of cold weather.
Seems we have 3 options that are to spec: Ravenol, Redline MT-LV, and now the liqui moly mtf 5100. I would have gone with Ravenol since it also comes in 1L, but the sellers didn't have the other MT fluid I wanted and double paying on shipping seemed unnecessary. Got the liqui moly coming from a sale it was only $9 for the liter

Why because it sells on Amazon? They sell Toyota 75w for $105. Is that better cause it's way more money?

I've been doing so much research on YouTube and these threads, I finally made up my mind and finalized a purchase. It seems there is alot of different answers from folks so I was confused. Not sure why this topic has so many different types of rationale and reasons.
Ultimately, the factors that guided my choices where: gl4 vs gl5 in my model Tacoma transfer case. If gl5 has properties that would likely increase probability of wearing down my transfer case then I avoided that. Other threads swore by redline Mt-lv but the gl5 content alone put me off.

Differential fluid was easier choice, since redline made a product that meet my Tacoma specs I stayed with brand.

    I got a 2012 crew cab Tacoma.
From my manual the Differential fluid specify: toyota genuine differential gear oil lt
    75w-85 gl5 or equivalent.
    1.59 qt in front diff
3.12 qt in rear diff (4wd)
    Also
    Transfer(4wd models)specify following:
Type: Gear oil API gl4 or gl5
    Viscosity: sae 75w-90

My purchases on O'Reilly(15$ discount and free shipping)
    For front and rear differentials:
5qt of Red Line Synthetic Gear Oil GL-5 75W-85
    For transfer case:
Red Line Gear Oil GL-4 75W-90
