I was wondering how much gear oil the Transfer Case holds when changing it? I think it 1qt but really cant remember. Its a v6 automatic but I don't think that matters.

    Thanks Tim

I just looked it up, its 1.1 qts, so you remembered right.
I recommend the Haynes manual, if you are going to be doing your own maintenance.
Its got all those specs, bolt torques, electrical diagrams. Well worth the $25

you can reuse the washers on the transfer case too, everywhere else I would get newbie washers
