    My transfer case leaking.. anyone know what the problem might be? Seals, gaskets, etc..

    Just replace the seal behind that driveshaft and you’ll be good. It’s late and I can’t quite remember the name of it but I think it’s an output seal. Correct me if I got that wrong TW.

    unsolicited advice here... mark the flange on the driveshaft and flange on the output shaft. It can go on one of 4 ways and be just fine, but why risk upsetting a zero vibration drive line?

    Thank you guys. I stopped by Autozone today and bought it. I looked at a 4runner forum and someone wrote a good article on how to replace it
