    Starting over.......
Well, two weeks into ownership of my 17 I had a new transfer case installed today.

I could hear a rotational sound sort of "whoop - whoop - whoop" when driving around 10 mph down the street from my driveway and then what seemed like a higher pitched whine once moving faster.

I figured it was the differential so took it to the dealer.

The called me up and told me they had applied the update to the ECM for the transmission performance and ordered the plugs for the lower control arms because that is where the noise was coming from.

I zipped back over and took the mechanic for a spin and he heard the noise at low speed and agreed that they needed to have another look.

Next I get a call that they need to keep the truck overnight to order in a new transfer case because that is where the noise was coming from.

Just a heads up if you hear something similar.

Wow that sucks that its bad so early on. I'm surprised that your Lower A Arms were not already plugged, mine was built in March and came from the Factory plugged.
