Is the photo from when the fluid is hot or cold?

If it's cold in the picture it will expand when heated and rise up the stick. Some issues with overfilling are slow shifting, overheating caused by foaming of the fluid, as well as higher internal pressures which could cause leaks.

How far are you driving? Are you towing? Are you driving up hills? If you take it easy you should be find until tomorrow.

When I take out some should it be between the both hot marks when on idle or the very last mark for the hot marks on the top ??/

Ideally you want the fluid at the top of the last notch of "Hot" you have two notchs of hot and two of cold. If your at the top notch or slightly over that wont hurt it. If your between half the top notch and bottom "hot" notch thats roughly half a quart maybe little less. Hope this helps.

Yes you can drive on it. As long as it’s not really over filled you’re fine. My auto trans was slipping and without draining out fluid I added a quart of Lucas slip additive and it actually worked and I’ve been driving it with a quart over filled for 6-8months now. I also keep an eye on my trans temps every time I drive and they stay around 185ish. Unless I’m in stop and go sometimes they can get to 200 but I also have 33” tires, and a topper, and bumper. And on a 95* Florida day doesn’t help.
So to answer your question, yes you can drive your truck, it doesn’t seem very overfilled if it is.

diff levels in park ............or in drive

while i know it has happened..........will happen

a little extra in drive never hurt anything

most not needed under load simply stays in the pan

thats Not to say one should over fill
