Truck is at the dealer now getting both the transmission and leaf TSB done.
I called Toyota of Des Moines and had an appointment scheduled within 10 mins. They did not try to argue with me and they even stock the TSB leaf springs and shocks. So far working with them has been great but, I have not gotten the truck back yet. I will report back when I get the truck back.
