If their anything like their washers in the past you should have no issues reusing them. They adhere to the bolt when the bolt is removed. I did serval dozen oil changes on my tundra over the years never replace a single washer. Never had a leak either.

About to change tranny and diff oil on my 11 5spd 2wd. I know the diff has an oil level inspection plug and I fill it up to edge of it. Is transmission the same? I expect it is but was just wondering before crawling under. Also calls for 75w85 in diff and 75w90 in tx. Any concerns using 75w90 in both?

Yes. MTs have separate drain and fill plugs. If it says 75W85 for the MT in your owners manual, 75W90 will be just fine.

The fluid changes are done, no leaks ad of now. Nothing to overthink while doing it I used the washers, cleaned the plugs, and torqued to spec. Thanks for everyone’s input.
