    What years 5 Speed manual transmission will interchange, without modification, into a '01 3.4 liter 2 wheel drive truck?

    Swapped to Manual Trans & 4x4
    You'll want the R150

    NOT R150F (4x4) unless you want a 4x4 conversion as well.

    Customtacos.com has more info on R150 swaps. TTORA has more info on R150F swaps. Unless your state doesn't have Smog laws you will need a ECU. That ECU must come from the same year truck that is v6. So your only choice is a ECU from an S-Runner. Totaled S-runners are rare so its hard to come buy a 5 Speed ECU. Its easier to come buy at 5 speed/4x4 ECU, but even then its hard to find one.

    Unless you really want to do this I would say find a doner truck. Or buy a new truck. Trust me it isn't worth it to source out parts.
