Transmission just as bad with 4cyl as 6

    Have a rental 4cyl SR5 and not shocked that the automatic's shifting is as bad when attached to a 2wd 2.7 as a 4wd 3.5. Same jerkiness at pretty much the same speed. Same poor random shifting at highway speed. Same junk with a different motor. At least Toyota was consistent.

    The only difference I noticed was the 2.7 struggles to get out of it's own way. My god this thing is slow.
